I play Terry Melcher who was the son of Doris Day and was a record producer and friend of Dennis Wilson of the Beach Boys, played by Nick Martin. Charles Manson had visions of grandeur and was intoxicated by the desire to be famous. Manson hoped his connections to Dennis Wilson and Terry Melcher would turn in to something more.
